Tapley (Wrightsville, Georgia), born in Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on January 29, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam C. Purvis and Bonnie Roberts Purvis; her siblings, Tanny Purvis, Sam Purvis, Marvin Purvis, Clark Purvis, Faye Goins, Thomas Purvis and Billy Purvis; her son Sentell Tapley; and her grandson Bryan Tapley.
She is survived by: her children, Julia Elaine Black (Roy) of Swainsboro, Magalene Napier (John) of Sandersville, Kytrena Gay (David) of Millen, Patricia Glover (Terry) of Wrightsville and James Tapley (Jennifer) of Guyton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Trinity Assembly of God (10380 GA-57, Wrightsville, GA 31096). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
