He is survived by: his wife Ann Parmer; his daughter Trina Parmer Bullington; his son-in-law Jason Bullington; his grandchildren, Anna Bullington and Garrett Bullington; and his siblings, Reuben Parmer (Joyce) of LaGrange, William Earl Parmer (Barbara) of Texas, Nadine Moore of Jeffersonville, Mary Lou Parsons of Jeffersonville, Margie Noles of LaGrange, Jane Spivey of LaGrange and Susan Parmer of LaGrange. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
