She is survived by: her children, Johnny Eugene Hayes of Jacksonville, FL and Bonnie Bailey (Matthew) of Dublin; and her siblings, Ray Mosley of Jacksonville, FL and Scarlett Green of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
