He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Roland and Elaine Clarke Attaway; and his siblings, Donald Attaway and Sammy Attaway. He is survived by: his wife Kathy R. Attaway of Wrightsville; his sons, David Clarke Attaway (Amber) of Wrightsville and Chase Gregory Attaway of Wrightsville; his sisters, Shirley Attaway Baston of Macon and Andrea Jordan of Centerville; and his grandchildren, Sawyer Attaway, Sydney Attaway and Daniel Attaway.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Richard N. Stanley Memorial Chapel (8580 S Marcus St, Wrightsville, GA 31096). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Cemetery (101 Smith Rd, Wrightsville, GA 31096).
