He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Cone Duggan and Mary Elizabeth Walker Duggan. He is survived by: his wife Debra Godfrey Duggan of Wrens; his children, Christal Duggan of Wrens and Jon Duggan (Janelle) of Apex, NC.; his siblings, B. L. Duggan of Augusta, Jerry Duggan of Evans and Brenda D. Wheatley (Doug) of Evans; and his pets, Asa, Georgia, Pepper Anne, Betty White and Kirby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
