He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Elizabeth Crum Milburn and Walter Ernest Milburn; his son Vince Milburn; his granddaughters, Mindy Milburn and Samantha Avery; his great grandchild Ella Reese Smith; and his siblings, Jennie Milburn and Maron Milburn.
He is survived by: his wife June Thompson Milburn; his children, Pamela M. Smith (Rodney), Valerie Shelton (Cecil), Amie Avery (Sammie), George Arrington (Lorie) and Kristie M. West; his brother Hiram Milburn; and his grandchildren, Jeff Smith (Shannon), Chase Smith (Katie), Matthew Milburn (Holly), Nicholas Milburn (Carlee), Nathan Chance, Rachel Spivey (Joseph), Zachery Hadden (Mekayla), Makenzie Avery, Harley Freeman (Caitlin), A. J. Freeman, Tommy Freeman (Jade), Dylan Carroll Katie West (Cheyenne) and Patrick West. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other extended family, church family and many friends.
