Mary Stephens Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2021, at the age of 78, Mary Stephens of Wrens, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Lee Stephens Jr.; her parents, Susie Reid Beckum of Virginia and Romie Clayton Beckum; her great grandchild Chloe Hardin; and her brothers, Robert Beckum and Ray Beckum.
She is survived by: her son David L. Hardin (Marie); her granddaughters, Lynn Smart (Lee) and Mandy Cochran (Adam); her siblings, Larry Beckum (Martha) and Patty Sue Shelton; and her aunt Helen Peebles. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Because of the family's respect and concern for public health and safety during this COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is strongly encouraged during any gathering.
