He was predeceased by: his wife Molly; his father Leonard; his sister Aquila Howard; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Cunningham. He is survived by: his sister Donna Cunningham; his sons, Parish Howard (Amanda) and Matt Howard (Andrea); his siblings-in-law, Jeri "PittyPat" Howard (Mark), Joy "Tootsie" Belding (Billy), Randy Parish (Susan) and John Huff Parish (Janice); his grandchildren, Trevor, Mandolyn, Hayden, Kamry, Lexie, Clementine and Evangeline; and his great grandchildren, Jax and Josie. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the James Funeral Home Chapel (630 N Main St, Wrens, GA 30833). Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 4:45 PM at the same location.
