He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Key Thompson and William David Thompson; and his siblings, William Thompson Jr., Ben Thompson, David "Bud" Thompson, Edward Thompson, Bess Hobbs, Lucille Phillips, Gladys Howard, Bertha McTier Jay, Annabelle Seago, Jean Burton and Ruby Holley.
He is survived by: his pet Trooper; his sons, Scottie J. Thompson (Elaine) and Bryan C. Thompson (Nicole); his grandchildren, Alexis N. Thompson, Jake A. Thompson and Emma Wren Thompson; and also, Bill Doolittle, Randy Waters and Barbara W. Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wrens Memorial Cemetery.
