He is survived by: his wife Brenda Marie Amerson; his children, John C. McNeal Jr., Charles McNeal, Eric McNeal and Nadya McNeal; his parents, Lula Bell Prickett McNeal and Joe Elvin McNeal Sr.; and his siblings, Joe McNeal Jr., Victoria Hernandez and Gracie Murray (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
