He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Elizabeth Crum and Walter Ernest Milburn; and his wife Ann Thompson Milburn. He is survived by: his children, Angie Wiley (Sport) and Jason M. Milburn; his grandchildren, Tyler Wiley (Kalli), Tori Webber (Sam), Tanna Wiley and Ansley Grace Milburn; and his great grandchildren, Riggs Webber, Braylin Wood and Ava Stewart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family, church family and friends.
