It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred McDonald of Wrens, Georgia, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Fred McDonald to show support.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Goodin McDonald and Fred Alvin McDonald; and his brother Charles McDonald. He is survived by: his children, Mike McDonald (Lynn), Dana Doss-Bryngelson (David) and Karey Hughey (Jerry); his grandchildren, Nicole Lambert (Elmer), Bree Middleton, Ryan Doss (Christy), Mitchell Doss (Heidi), Leslie Alexander (David), Kasey Simmons (Chris), Kellie Graves (Seth), Jeremy Hughey (McKenzie) and Corey Hughey (Abby); and his siblings, Catherine McNair, Shirley May (Jimmy), Susan McNair (Billy) and Johnny McDonald. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family, church family and friends.
Because of the family's respect and concern for public health and safety during this COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is strongly encouraged during any gathering.
