He is survived by: his parents, Lora Lee Kitchens Stewart and Jackie Lee Stewart; his grandmother Joanne "Granny Jo" Kitchens; and his uncles, Larry Stewart (Linda), Dwayne Stewart, Dean Kitchens (Lori), Kenneth Kitchens and Chester Kitchens Jr..
