She was predeceased by: her father Frank Norton. She is survived by: her mother Beulah Arrington Norton; her husband Wayne Smith; her children, Tammie Smith-Walker (Joe) and Michael W. Smith (Jenny); her grandchildren, Riley Smith and Garrett Smith; and her nephew Jeff Rabun. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family.
