She was predeceased by: her husband John A. "Sarge" Cholar; her parents, Mary "Adele" Lamb Scott and Alvie Tennyson Scott; and her brothers, Elmer Scott, Billy Scott and Wayne Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Henderson (Marie), Steve Henderson and Stacy G. Mock; her stepchildren, Julia Ann Russell, Nancy Rabun, John Cholar Jr., Carol McGahee and Marie Boswell; and her siblings, Ennis Scott (Betty), John Scott (Sandra), Carol Sue Davison (Richard) and Mary Alice Greenway. She is also survived by grandchildren; sixteen (16) great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
