He is survived by: his wife Mildred Usry Thompson; his children, Angela Thompson Mauldin (Larry) of Greensboro, Clay Thompson (Susan) of Hoschton, Ofelia Thompson Bobo (Hiram) of Gibson and Clarence Ashley Thompson Jr. (Michelle) of Prattville, AL; his grandchildren, Laray Mauldin Mask (Brett), Brett Mauldin (Candice), Clayton Thompson (Makaila) and Breanna Thompson; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma Thompson, Eleanor Batchelor (Bennie) and Lamar Usry (Brenda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family, church family and friends.
