He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas George Litchfield and Jessie Mae Litchfield; and his siblings, Barbara Attaway and Thomas Litchfield. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Carlisle Litchfield; his children, Julia L. Skelton (Chris), Donald R. "Rick" Hopper (Michelle), William B. Litchfield and Jessica L. Craig (Mark); his brothers, George E. Litchfield (Bobbye) and Donald Litchfield (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, Harold Attaway and Peggy Litchfield. He is also survived by his wife, surviving family members.
