She was predeceased by: her son Emmett Clinton Leverett; and her brothers, Earnest Gaines, Sr, Andrew James Neal and Grover Clem Neal, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Sam Willie Leverett, Jr; her siblings, Rufus Gaines (Annie Ruth) and Lucinda Walker; and her sister-in-law Bessie Mae Gaines of Stapleton, GA. She is also survived by two grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
