He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Jowers Sr. and Irene Bishop Jowers. He is survived by: his son Chris Jowers (Lisa) of Enigma, GA; his grandchildren, Mazadie Hess of Cochran, GA and Jonathan Jones of Enigma, GA; and his sister Davon Burnam.
