He is survived by: his wife Reatha Lee; his children, Scotty, Debby Lee, Pamela Duncan, Teresa and Tom Smith; his grandchildren, Andrew Lee, Justin Lee, Jason King, Christen King, Curtis Duncan, Corey Duncan, Quinn Smith, Sam Smith, Clay Smith and Hannali Larson; and his great grandchild Titus Lee. He is also survived by Sister - Louvanna Grizzle Numerous nieces, nephews, other family & friends.
