He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ellsworth and Beverly Belle Wiltrout. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wiltrout; his children, Melinda Murphy (Tim), Tripp, Carolyn, Matthew and Rich Wiltrout (Adrian); his grandchildren, Ethan and Eoghan; his daughter Laurie Moore (Art); his grandchildren, Dru, Davis and Brooks; and his sister Cindy Wiltrout.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Randy's name to The Michael J. Fox Foundation or Kairos Prison Ministry International.
