It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Harvey Turnbow of Woodstock, Georgia, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on September 16, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Harvey Turnbow and Betty "Joyce" Etier; and his brother Greg. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Adelia Dahse; his children, Mike (Lynda), Chris (Amber) and Angie (Andy); his grandchildren, Stevi, Chloe, Devin, Owen, Zac, Maisie and Mallory; and his siblings, Jim and Tanya.
A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to K9s For Warriors to help veterans struggling with PTSD or to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
