She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hammer and Maxine Hammer; her former husband Robert Lee Oppenheimer; her husband Walter Comerford; her brother George Wilbur Hammer; and her sister-in-law Sue Oppenheimer Schwartz.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Oppenheimer and Bill Oppenheimer (Jennifer); her grandsons, Davis Oppenheimer and Sam Oppenheimer; and her nieces, Susan Feller, Barbara Brown, Jackie Royster and Barbara Leigh Crochet.
