He is survived by: his wife Kelly Hebert; his children, Joshua, Holly, Kevin (Jasmine) and Hollie Anne (Christopher); his granddaughters, Allyson and Emma; his mother Diane; his siblings, Steve (Doralee) and Lisa (Calvin); and his sister-in-law Michelle (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
