Nickelson; her sister Joy Gaines-Howard; her children, Stephanie Blair, Amy Walerski (Philip) and John Christopher Blair (Dedra); her grandchildren, Joseph Smith, Michael Boatright, Philip Walerski II, Amanda Rule (Chris), Ashley Dice (Matt), Torre Gramling (Daniel), Darian Kent (Chance), Abbey Bravo (Irvin) and Courtney Lee; and her great grandchildren, Terry, Christopher, Mason, Evan, Jaxon, Caleb, Beaux, Sadie, Lexi, Wyatt, Everly and Sophia.
