With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Fitzgerald (Woodstock, Georgia), who passed away on April 22, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Elmer Lamar Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sue Fitzgerald (Rogers); and his daughters, Stacy Austin (Aaron) of Aurora and Cristie Nelson (David) of Marietta.
A Memorial to celebrate his life is planned in Gainesville on April 28 at 10 a.m. at the Glen Springs Church of Christ, 2214 NW 31 st Ave. A luncheon to receive friends and family will immediately follow (location TBA) If desired, donations in his memory may be sent to Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care 1957 Lakeside Pkwy., Suite 500, Tucker, GA 30084.
