She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Lee and Carmella Mildred Smith. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Evans; her daughters, Melanie Pries of Ohio and Allison Curran of New Jersey; her stepchildren, Stephanie Cruse, Jacquelyn Evans of Georgia and Brandon Evans (Cortney) of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jessica, James, Thomas Milbauer, Grace, Gregory Curran, Jack, Reagan Cruse, Tony Ballard and Weston Evans; her sisters, Sheila (Mark Duffy), Deborah (Ed Mulford), Margaret (Rick Truitt) and Lee Ann (David Barnes); and her brother-in-law David Evans (Becky). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Mrs. Evans memory.
