He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey William Phillips and Wilma Joyce Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Carol Banks Phillips; his sons, Gary Hall, Dave Phillips (Junior) and Landon Phillips (Shefali); his grandchildren, Michael Hall (Hannah), Tyler Phillips, Caden Phillips, Alicia Beasley (Lawson), Kennedy Dunn (Bret Dunn), Jordan Hall, Morgan Phillips, Ethan Hall, Hannah Phillips, Logan Phillips and Liam Phillips; his great grandchildren, Joanna Hall, Ezekiel Hall, Daniel Hall and Beau Beasley; his siblings, Jan Baugh (Jimmy) of Daphne and Barry Phillips (Jan) of Anniston, Alabama.; and his uncle Charles E. Smith (Bo).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cherokee Run Golf Club (1595 Centennial Olympic Pkwy, Conyers, GA 30013).
