He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hancock and Ruth Hancock; and his brother Gary Hancock. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Barden (Jared) of Anderson, SC; his sister Nancy Davidson (Rowland) of Smyrna; his grandsons, Ellis and Wyatt Barden; his close friend Pam Fennimore of Woodstock; and his uncle Richard Adams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carmichael Funeral Home - Smyrna (2950 King St SE, Smyrna, GA 30080). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arlington Memorial Park (201 Mount Vernon Hwy, Sandy Springs, GA 30328).
