He is survived by: his children, Renee Coleman (Bob), Anthony Meadows (Carmen), Kathy Foster (Tommy), Karen Meadows and Jason (Kim Meadows); his grandchildren, Ashley, Jennifer, Heather, Kayla, Taylor, Amanda, Jacob and Noah; his great grandchildren, Wren, Graham, Rosie, Charlie, Alby, Desi, Artie, Sam and Lila; and his siblings, Pat Van Zant, Darrell, Ron and Dwight Meadows. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
