He was predeceased by: his parents, Addison Mullins and Mary Martin Mullins; and his brother Wayne Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mullins; his children, Kevin Mullins (Beth) of Carrolton, Mandy Gudnason (Gary) of Canton and Brittany Witmer (David) of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Garret Gudnason (Alexis), Abbey Gudnason, Maggie Mullins, Cole Witmer, Keener Witmer and Gentry Witmer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
