We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2021, at the age of 85, James Bobby Saxon of Woodland, Georgia, born in Blairsville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Saxon and Bessie Townsend Saxon; his sister Mary Lou Ashton; and his son Lewis Saxon. He is survived by: his wife Nora Davenport Saxon of Cumming, GA.; his son Farrell Saxon of Cumming; his grandchildren, Jeremiah and Zackary Saxon; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Poteete of Blairsville, Patsy and Bob Hedden of Canton, GA.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the Covid virus, Graveside services will be held on Saturday August 21 2021 at 11:00 am from the Union Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Harold Underwood officiating.
