He was predeceased by: his father Walter W. Cepukaitis. He is survived by: his mother Ann McNamara Cepukaitis; his wife Cheung Suk Yee; his sisters, Alexis Cepukaitis and Teresa "Gina" Pleva (James); his nieces, Christan Daniels and Teresa Buccieri (Nick); and his nephew Bryce Woodward.
