With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Tyson (Woodbine, Georgia), born in Atmore, Alabama, who passed away on October 1, 2019 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tyson and Francis Tyson. He is survived by: his wife Luciona Tyson of Deland, Florida; his son James Shelton Tyson of Alabama; his siblings, Dottie Ann Davis of Florida and Robert Tyson of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Caleb Tyson and Grace Tyson of Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the local VFW and Order of the Eagles in Mr. Tyson's name.
