We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2021, at the age of 80, Cora Jones of Woodbine, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Benjamin Moore and Lila Pearl Wainwright Moore; and her brothers, Robert Winters, Jr., Lawrence Moore and Brantley Moore.

She is survived by: her husband Carlos Gene Jones, Sr.; her children, Carlos 'Jonesy Gene Jones, Jr. (Kaye) of Woodbine, Clinton Weldon of Fernandina Beach, FL and Sonya Jones Respess (Gordon) of Jackson, GA; her siblings, Gerald Moore (Margie) of Butler, GA, Eddie Winters (Belinda) of Louisville, MS and Martha Kerr of Greenville, TX; her grandchildren, Danielle Garcia (Travis), Daniel Respess and Madison Jones; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Kinsley and Arabella Garcia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
