He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Paul T. Russell and Anne Lucille Skelton Russell of Albany, Georgia.; and his brother Robert Wiley Russell. He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Vicki" Russell; his daughter Elizabeth Spears Russell Canady; his granddaughters, Isabella and Emma; his siblings, Paul Thomas Russell, Jr. and Janet Leslie Russell Timmerman; and his aunt Martha Russell Hester. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins and many friends.
