He is survived by: his parent Mary Irene Cole Moncus; his wife Jean Lowe-Moncus; his children, Tina Rhodes (Rodney), Brenda Byrd (Perry) and Wayne Moncus; his stepchildren, Marlyn O'Kelley (Charley) and Andy Lowe (Tina); his grandchildren, Melissa, Jason, Sydney, Madison, Preston, Mickey, Shannon, Alex, Skyler, Teagan and Isaac; and his sister Sadie Marcello.
