He is survived by: his wife Leah Davis Waggoner; his children, William Paul Waggoner and Abigail Waggoner-Beasley (Stanley); and his grandchildren, Dakota Waggoner, Rebecka McDougald (Cole) and Chelsy Morgen Adler (Hunter). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
