She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Edgar and Agnes Thrasher Wood; her husband John H. Holladay; and her brothers, Shannon Wood, Preston Wood, Hinton "Blue" Wood and Andrew Wood.
She is survived by: her son William Ted Holladay (Susan) of Winterville; and her grandsons, Austin John Holladay of Deerfield Beach, FL and Lyle Holladay of Winterville.
