Willoughby Jr. of Winston, Georgia, born in Austell, Georgia, who passed away on November 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jackson Willoughby, Sr. and Josie McKoy Willoughby; his wife Betty Jo Payne Willoughby; his daughter Debra "Debi" Bosurgi; his son-in-law Benny Bosurgi; and his sister Helen Thomas.
He is survived by: his son Andy Willoughby (Jo); his grandchildren, Tom Bosurgi Jr., Jenni Cash (Steve), Billy Bosurgi (Jaime), Colleen Fellows (Justin) and Madison Whisonant (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Ella, Ava, Ryland, Elizabeth and Eleanor.
