He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rae Glisson and Sibil Brown; and his sister Sybil Grace Glisson. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Sybil Christine Glisson of Ellijay and John Thomas Glisson (Kimberly Sue Glisson) of Woodstock; his stepson Brandon Lee Upshaw (Anna Vaughan-Upshaw) of Douglasville; his brother Robert Glisson of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Caleb Thomas Glisson and Asher Christian Glisson.
