She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Harwell and Ann Caviness Harwell. She is survived by: her husband Charles Howard Conrad of Winston; her children, Alfred Jason Conrad of Winston and Meredith; her son-in-law Zachary Sparks of Dallas; and her brother James Alan Harwell of Douglasville. She is also survived by 3 nieces.
