He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady John Mullinax and Pearl Alice Troglin. He is survived by: his wife Billie Hall Mullinax of Winston, Georgia; his daughters, Ronda (Jimmy Britt) and Sonya (Alvah "Bubba" Milton); his sister Hazel Norris of Griffin, Georgia; his grandchildren, Jordan Britt, Taylor Britt Kincaid (Jacob Kincaid), Hannah Anderson and Makenzie Anderson (Chase Faircloth); and also Jerry "Andy" Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Ephesus Baptist Church, 8445 Ephesus Church Road, Villa Rica, GA 30180.
