He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Thornton and Betty Warthen Perry, Jr.; and his stepson Danny Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Terri Perry; his children, Christopher Perry and Jennifer Perry; and his sisters, Tracy Tompkins, Gloria Hollis, Marcene Perry and Kathleen Adduci.
