He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fowler Fields; his children, Jodi Glover (James) and Ben Fields (Miranda); his grandchildren, Jordan, Madison, Krystal, Destiney, Samantha and Alisa; and his siblings, Elaine Trout, Sherry Goldsmith (Bernie), John Fields (Dovie) and Tommy Fields (Vernice). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
