He is survived by: his daughter Felicia Henslee (Jeff); his brother Tommy Fountain; his grandchildren, Tiffany Mayfield, Brandi Whited (Justin), Kattie Minter, Mallorie Fountain, Will Fountain, Heather Henslee, Amber Vaughn (Corey) and Andrew Mayfield; and his great grandchildren, Andrew "BoBo" Mayfield, Bryson Whited, Lyla Whited and Rylan Vaughn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
