He is survived by: his wife Frankie Mae Stephens; his children, Robin M. Payne and Michael Stephens (Terre) of Winston, GA; his grandchildren, Calee Britt (Jeremy), Brannon Payne (Alicia) and Brittany Hanson (Chuck); and his great grandchildren, Hutson Britt, Logan Payne and Brison Payne.
