He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Randolph and Kate Randolph (Taylor); and his daughter Cynthia Ruth Randolph. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Randolph; his children, Scott Randolph (Sandi) and Tammy Randolph; his grandchildren, Samantha, Landon and Cheyenne; and his great grandchild John Wesley. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, other loved ones, and friends.
