She is survived by: her children, William Miller, Jr. (Janet Decker), John Mark Decker of Bowman, Emil Leon (Linda Decker) and Laura Ann Decker Bennett (Randal Bennett); and her sister Patricia (Harvey VanDyke) of Kinsport, Tennessee. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
