We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2022, at the age of 80, Wilma Echols Casper of Winder, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Oliver and Mattie Sue Stewart Prather; and her husband Bobby Ray Casper. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Shannon Babb of Winder; and her stepchildren, Kim Lampp of Winder and Tim Casper of Greensboro. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Donations in Wilma's memory may be made to Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church.
